The following five simply are some of the worst choices, and should be avoided.</p>
<p>The Detox Diet claims super fast weight loss, and better overall health. The claims are simply not true. The diet basically allows only beans, fruit, vegetables, and nuts to be eaten. Eliminating other food sources causes vitamin deficiency, and can cause you to become quite ill.</p>
<p>The Atkins, or Low Carb diet bases it&#8217;s claims on the diets ability to force your body to burn fat instead of energy. The lack of carbs causes your body to enter ketosis, and while the scale will move at first, you are only losing muscle tissue and water.</p>
<p>The Starvation Diet is one of the worst. Your body needs food for every single function that it performs each day. Taking the food away will only serve to shut you down. It is proven that the body actually holds on to fat when in starvation mode, so using this diet is pointless.</p>

<p>The Hollywood Diet is a juice fast. Similar to the starvation method, you are not going anywhere fast by not eating. Initial weight loss is water weight, and will return as soon as you start eating again.</p>
<p>The Cabbage Soup Diet is a short term solution to a long term problem. Your body will not be getting the vitamins and minerals it needs, and you soon will become bored with eating so much cabbage.</p>
<p>The best way to loose weight is actually quite simple: a balanced healthy diet, coupled with exercise.</p>

Even before babies have teeth, it is important to clean their gums and mouth with a soft cloth. As teeth come in, childhood is the time to implement good habits of child dental health. These will translate into healthy lifelong dental health habits to prevent tooth decay and other oral health diseases.</p>
<p>When children are small, parents need to do the brushing. Use a pea sized amount of fluoride toothpaste and teach children to brush every surface of the tooth. Though some toothpaste usually does end up being swallowed, try to get children to spit it out. Just like adults, children should brush their teeth (or have them brushed) morning and evening. This establishes the habit of twice daily brushing. As children get older, pass some of this responsibility on to them, but parents should check their brushing habits now and then to make sure they are doing a thorough job. Many parents also have the dentist put sealants on their children’s teeth, especially molars. These protect teeth from decay. Flossing is important, too, and this can be done by parents until children are efficient at flossing themselves.</p>
<p>By instilling good dental health habits at an early age, children will continue to take care of their teeth as they reach adulthood. Healthy teeth have a big impact on over all health and well being, and everyone should have a smile they are proud to show!<span id="more-59"></span></p>

<p><em>Asthma and allergy</em><br />
It is not true that asthma is the same as an allergy. Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease. The patient has trouble breathing. By contrast, you only have allergy symptoms when you are exposed to allergen to which you are sensitive, such as pollen or cat hair. But someone always has asthma.</p>
<p>It is true that there are many allergic asthmatics. Allergic reactions worsen asthma. The risk of an allergic asthma attack is smaller when the asthma patient takes the prescribed medication.</p>
<p><em>Influence of season</em><br />
It is also not true that hay fever only occurs in spring. Because of the climate change there is a number of shrubs, plants and trees blooming much earlier than before. This means that some people have hay fever season starts in winter.</p>
<p><em>City against countryside</em><br />
The hay is not the culprit. Hay fever is actually a misnomer because people wrongly used the hay with watery eyes and sore nose. Today we know that the airborne pollen of shrubs and trees also cause the disease.</p>
<p><em>Pollen</em><br />
It is of course true that there is much more pollen in the countryside than in urban areas or on the coast. The amount of pollen in the air can vary greatly from day to day. On a windy sunny day it is more likely to be much pollen. Even if at the end of the day the wind dies down, the danger has not passed, because the pollen from the upper layers than descend. Rain is beneficial because it washes the pollen from the air, so the hours after a rain could be beneficial for people with hay fever.</p>
<p><em>Young children</em><br />
Teething problems often help the child to get a healthy immune system, but it&#8217;s a myth that this is a case with allergy. The opposite is unfortunately likely to be true: If a young child has allergies, it just develops a better chance to get it later. Preventive measures, such as good ventilation are very important in the nursery.</p>
<p><em>Nutrition</em><br />
Food intolerance is not the same as food allergy. If reactions occur within 20 minutes means that it is a food alergy. known allergens include herbs, vegetables, peanuts, tree nuts, egg and milk.</p>

About one in five of senior citizens are taken care of by a family member who can hardly handle the burden and balance taking care of children, working, and possibly getting an education. That is why the home care industry is expanding at a fast rate now. Many households are turning to other people to come in and give care because of all the benefits it provides.</p>
<p>There are two types of home care services. There are medical services and then there are non-medical services. Non medical services would include things like cooking, feeding, running errands, giving baths, helping in and out of bed, cleaning the house, and even some companionship duties like reading a story or listening to one of their stories. A home health care aid provides so many services to people in need it is no wonder that the occupation is so popular. They provide an end to stress and worry about bills for people who had been taking off of work to care for an elderly person.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Human behavior is a fascinating subject. We are all such remarkably unique beings, yet in some ways we are all quite similar. Like other animals, we may sometimes behave in predictable ways, especially when our survival is at stake.</p>
<p><strong>Seeking Self Preservation</strong></p>
<p>Most humans feel an innate sense of self-preservation and will do what it takes to survive, even when that means crossing societal taboos. We require food to eat and water to drink and will do what it takes to obtain these. In some places of the world, that may mean walking miles to the nearest clean water source. We will also do what it takes to keep ourselves safe, even when that means killing in self-defense.</p>
<p><strong>A Sense of Belonging</strong><br />
<img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-27 alignleft" title="humans" src="http://infrapsych.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/humans-150x150.jpg" alt="Seeking Self Preservation" width="135" height="135" />We as humans desire the company of other humans. We seek out others like us and share common interests. Belonging to a group is a driving motivation for much of human behavior. A recent study highlighted the consequences of ostracism, which include depression, emotional pain, helplessness and a sense of worthlessness.</p>
<p><strong>The Drive for Sex</strong></p>

While obviously necessary for procreation, sex is also something that humans will actively seek out and can become the driving force behind some people&#8217;s lives. Sex feels good and another part of human nature is to seek out things that make us feel good.</p>
<p><strong>The Dopamine Connection</strong></p>

This chemical drives us to seek out more and more pleasurable activities, sometimes to our own detriment. When people continue to seek activities that make them feel good, even when it begins to cause harm in their lives, it becomes known as addiction. People may find that their pleasure comes from sex, food, drugs, alcohol, fast driving, shopping, gambling and any number of other behaviors. It is part of human nature to continue doing that which makes us feel good.</p>
<p><strong>Communication</strong></p>

The desire to communicate throughout human history has led to the development of the printed word, the telegraph, the telephone, television, satellites and the Internet.</p>

Theanine, an amino acid that is one of the main ingredients of green tea, stimulates the release of serotonin &#8211; the hormone of happiness.</li>
<li>Detoxicate lunch - Apart from fish, vegetables and grains, prepare and portion of fruit. Of course, avoid meals with fried food, processed foods and abundant with sugar and additives. People who follow this diet, they are much less prone to depression, according to an Australian study.</li>
